• Dummy Travel Insurance: Priced at $5 per policy. This document serves as proof of insurance coverage for visa applications.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information for document generation.
• Using the documents only for their intended purpose (e.g., visa applications).
• Understanding that the documents are not valid for actual travel, check-in, or boarding.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments for services are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. We offer a 100% refund if your visa application is rejected solely due to an issue with our documents. To claim a refund, you must provide an official rejection letter from the embassy clearly stating our document was the reason for denial.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopAirFlight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service or your visa application outcome. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
